McCarthy & Associates is a consulting practice specializing in marketing and sales acceleration, with experience helping European automation companies expand their market share in the U.S. The firm also has expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and divestitures. A key project involved creating an Integration Playbook for a $300M sensor manufacturer, which was completed on time and within budget.
